CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?


Yes, in any case these requests are subject to prior confirmation of stock. You should contact our customer service before send us the article back, so we can put the new article on hold for you. How do I return a product? To return you must complete the return form received with your order invoice. PORTUGAL How much time do I have to return a product? All returns must be held within one (1) month from the date of the confirmation e-mail of shipment. Do I have to pay to return a product? Yes, all return costs are in charge of the customer. How will I be refunded for the returned product? Once the return has been approved – after receiving the returned product in perfect conditions and with internal tags – we will proceed with the refund via the same payment method that has the product has been paid. How long will it take to be refunded for the returned product? Once the refund has been approved, you will receive a return confirmation by e-mail. HOW TO ORDER?


Select the desired category in our online store (clothing, shoes, etc.), then the desired type of article. You can view the products in detail by clicking over the image. You can also read the thorough product description, the composition and the fitting. Then select the desired size and add it to your shopping bag. To proceed with your purchase simply go to your shopping bag, on the top right corner, and follow the steps to complete the purchase. During the checkout make sure all your desired items are there, as well as the payment method you want to use. At the end, be sure to confirm all order details. You will receive a confirmation email with your order.




SHIPPING


Where can my order be delivered? You may receive your order in an address where it has always someone to receive it and sign it (home,work, etc.). May the delivery country be different from the country of purchase? Delivery country does not have to match the country of purchase.




PAYMENT METHODS


What kinds of payment methods can I use to do my online shopping? We have the following payment methods: Paypal and Bank transfer. Can I request an invoice on behalf of a company? Yes. Just fill in the details of the respective company in the billing field during the checkout order process.
